Hi all,

We have some important information about the jamboree on Sunday. All games are played at Lede Field in Leduc (on the north side of the complex). All of the games have been entered into RAMP so they will appear on the website and on the App. If you do not have the app, please download it as it allows you to enter in your players availability. If you have the app, please fill in your players availability. -we need to know who is coming and who isn't! If you have questions, respond to this email and I will help you set it up.

The following teams have been formed, however keep in mind the following:

• team make up is based primarily on years in contact football and age (for total years at the Atom level)
• these teams are for the Jamboree only at this time and changes may be made at a later date if determined by the coaching staff

A few notes about the day...

Please arrive 1 hour early - everyone there at 8 am dressed so we can properly warm up. Also game jerseys will be provided at the field so the kids need time to get changed.

Pack water/snacks. There is a concession on site. If anyone is interested in pitching in for a team lunch (potluck provided by parents) let me know and I can coordinate something for those who are interested.

Dress for the weather - for your player, lots of layers. We have played in driving rain and wind and +30 - the only weather we won't play in is lightning. 

Mark your player's water bottle and blue equipment bag so they can identify it - colourful duct tape/hockey tape works well for this - there will be 20-25 bags on the field and we don't want anything lost! Make sure your player has their bag with them for the day.

Bring lawn chairs. If anyone can spare a large sun shade/rain shelter for the white team it would be appreciated (we have one volunteered for blue already). 

Since the teams are split, we may need an extra set of hands for each team to assist - please let me know if you are willing (even if just for one of the 4 games).
