Our athletic program is built on the foundation of helping young people build character and display that in their personal actions off the fields as well as on the fields of play. They create new friendships, learn discipline and their self esteem flourishes.

President's Statement
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our current & new members in the Spruce Grove & District Minor Football Association. Without your help and dedication, we as an association would not be where we are today. In 2009 our Bantam Cougars won the Tier 1 Provincial Championship and our Peewee Cougars won the Tier 3 City Championship. What a year it turned out to be. With every one's continued help we will continue to grow. I would like to wish the best of luck to our players and coaches in the 2010 season. Please remember this is all about the children, so lets work together, grow together and succeed together. With this in mind, I have no doubt we can become one of the best associations in the Capital District Minor Football Association. Thank you!
