Hey there PeeWee COUGARS Football Fans!
We have been invited to take part in the Leduc Jamboree again this year.
It will take place on June 24, in Leduc at Lede Football Field.
We are scheduled for 4 games that day.
Have players dressed and ON the field, ready to go for 9:00am.
9:50 against the Grizzlies (North end of main field)
11:30 against Leduc (South end of main field)
12:20 against the Rams (North end of main field)
2:50 against the Raiders ( North end of main field)
Just a few notes:
*players MUST BE AT the field, dressed and ready to rock for 9:00am! This allows time for warm up, practicing plays and preparing for our day of football.
*These will be half field, Jamboree style games.
*We WILL play rain or shine. So please bring clothing for any weather (for your player and yourselves) Last year, it rained the whole day. The year before I'm sure it was at least 30° the whole day.
* Please bring LOTS of water, Nut Free snacks, lunch. There is a concession, however Coaches have requested that the players wait until AFTER ALL PeeWee COUGARS games are done before consuming concession food.
* a good breakfast is extremely important.
*Fans (parents) are NOT allowed on the field. We ask that you remain on the opposite of the field as out team bench. If your player needs you for something that we can not take care of, you will be contacted by myself of Lynnette.
*There are no locker rooms or indoor washrooms near by so PLEASE have your player fully dressed on the bottom before you arrive.
*This is a really grass field. Mosquito spray and sunscreen are most likely going to be needed.
*Though I below are on the field with bleachers, please bring a lawn chair or blanket just in case.
